Perhour

Price Collection & Calculation Methodology

Disclosure of collection frequency, per GPU-hour normalization, VAT, and FX rates.

How listed prices are normalized to per GPU-hour, excluding VAT

1. Collection Frequency & Scope

Prices are collected weekly directly from the official websites and public pricing pages of major GPU cloud providers. We exclusively track standard public on-demand prices without unlisted enterprise discounts.

2. Per GPU-Hour Normalization

Instances often bundle varied numbers of GPUs (1x, 2x, 4x, 8x) with different billing units. Perhour normalizes all rates to an exact 1 GPU per hour (GPU-hour) figure for transparent comparison.

3. VAT / Tax Exclusion

All prices across domestic and international providers are standardized excluding VAT (Value Added Tax). We check pre-tax rates for Korean providers and use standard net prices for overseas vendors.

4. Base Exchange Rate & Currency Display

The reference exchange rate applied is 1 USD = 1331 KRW (as of 2026-10-20). Korean pages display KRW as primary with USD secondary; English pages show USD as primary.

5. Lowest Price Methodology

The lowest price for each GPU model is automatically identified from the lowest public on-demand offering. Custom quote offerings are excluded from minimum price calculations.

6. Quote-Only Offerings

Some enterprise-grade clusters are available only by quote. Perhour lists these offerings for complete market visibility, labeling them as 'Quote' and sorting them after all public prices.

7. Data Corrections & Reporting

Public prices may change between weekly collection cycles. If you find any discrepancies, please reach out via our contact page, and we will verify and update our records promptly.
